The location is amazing, the restaurant is a bonus, and the room has a fantastic view.

There were a balcony and a whirlpool in the room, really enjoyed that. Location: the hotel was really close to SE Asian restaurant, the Haitang Bay, and Rosewood Sanya. It also was in the walking area...

The decoration of the hotel was absolutely lovely, with a warm and inviting ambiance. I especially enjoyed the beautiful tropical plants and flowers that were scattered throughout the general areas. As a senior woman, I found the hotel to be easily accessible with ramps and elevators available for those with mobility concerns.

I would have appreciated a more attentive and considerate staff, as some of the children working there seemed a bit disinterested in providing quality service.

The room was nice and clean, and had everything you need like coffee and tea stuff, a desk for writing, and even ironing gear! 😊

I recently stayed at Rosewood and had an incredible time. The service was impeccable, especially Minnie who went above and beyond to accommodate us. The rooftop pool was stunning with only three cabanas, perfect for escaping the sun. The food at The Chop House was delicious and the rooms were exquisite, especially the bathtub overlooking the bay. The gym was also well-equipped. every detail was perfect and we owe it all to the wonderful staff at Rosewood!

Would recommend this hotel.

The fitness studio and yoga platform were a much-needed escape for me to exercise and unwind in privacy.

The pool areas at Rosewood are truly amazing, providing a great place to relax and enjoy the sun. The nearby beach is absolutely lovely as well. The staff at the hotel were also very nice and accommodating. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

I had an incredible experience at Rosewood Hotel in Hainan. the service provided by the staff, especially Vera and August, was exceptional. They went above and beyond to make me feel special and even sent hot ginger tea to my room when I was feeling unwell. the hotel itself is a beautiful property with stunning views of the ocean from the room. the hospitality service, cleanliness, and quiet atmosphere made it perfect for relaxation. the food options, especially at the Chop House restaurant, were fantastic. the breakfast buffet offered a wide range of European, American, and Asian food. the swimming pools, including the rooftop infinity pool, were a highlight. the staff, who speak fluent English, were highly professional and made my stay enjoyable. I can't wait to return to this luxurious hotel in Sanya. Cons: For us, it was ideal 👍.

Nothing is perfect.

From the beautiful view of the ocean from my room to the high standards in hospitality service, this hotel provided a fantastic stay. The food options were plenty, and the breakfast buffet offered an extensive variety of European, American, and Asian cuisine. Additionally, the staff was highly professional and spoke English fluently.

Everything was spot on.

The pool areas were fantastic with plenty of sun loungers. the hotel is located on a beautiful beach, we loved taking early morning walks. the staff were very friendly and accommodating, always happy to help us plan our day.

The breakfast queue can be very long, sometimes up to 15 minutes wait. Our room was a private pool room, but we didn't realize that the sun would only be shining on the terrace for a few hours a day.

You can enjoy stunning ocean views from the balcony of your stylishly designed room and relax in the rooftop infinity pool. the food options are wide-ranging, with the delightful Chop House Restaurant in the garden offering signature dishes. the impressive breakfast buffet offers delicious European, American, and Asian food.

One downside to this serene and tranquil retreat is that the beach doesn't offer structures such as chairs, and beverage service.

The limited food choices and long waiting time during breakfast could be frustrating, especially if one is not an early riser. some areas of the hotel were often crowded, and the service, particularly at the front desk, could be improved.

Our vacation was made luxurious and exclusive thanks to the exceptional amenities of this hotel. From the stunning sun terrace to the comfortable sun loungers, everything was perfect. the spa center was a highlight with its top-notch service and special diet menus.
